Got hit with like five calls today from a 212 number showing Apple Inc. on the ID. It was a recorded message telling me there’s some kind of security issue with my iCloud account and warned me not to use any Apple accounts until I talked to their support. They gave an 844 number, 844-759-5143 or something like that. I’ve just blocked the number now.

I've been getting calls from this number off and on for a couple of weeks - like on 25th June and again on 9th July 2017. It sounds like one of those automated messages. The caller ID comes up as 212 336-1440, but the voicemail gives an 844 number to call back. The message says something about an iCloud breach and that Apple devices might be affected. Has anyone actually rang them back to see what they want? I've seen loads of complaints but no one seems to say what their real aim is.

They keep phoning me multiple times a day about some problem with my iCloud account, but I don't even have one. The number they ask me to ring back is different, but the caller ID says it's coming from 212-336-1440. It's really annoying!

Got two calls on 26th June 2017. Both times, there was a recorded message telling me not to use my internet and asking if I wanted to speak to customer support. They never mentioned which company it was. Quite odd.
