Been getting calls from someone saying I owe the IRS and that they’ve taken legal action. Problem is, I wasn’t even working back in 2008 and 2009, so I had no taxes to file. Really wish they’d just quit ringing me up all the time.

i got a call saying there's a lawsuit against me and they told me to ring this number. now I'm wondering who's behind this phone and what do they want from me? you say the number isn't linked to anyone but some automated voice is definitely coming from it. could someone explain wtf is going on?
