I received a rather alarming call from someone claiming they'd purchased a debt from way back, thirteen years ago, mind you! They threatened me with legal action and insisted they'd be taking me to court. To my astonishment, they seemed to know my salary and were pushing for me to arrange payments, even suggesting amounts as high as £10,000! It's utterly outrageous, and frankly, it's a bit unnerving. Who on earth goes about harassing people like this? It’s just not right!
