10 yearsFor months now, I've been getting calls from a bloke who says I've got some urgent case to deal with and that I need to ring him back straight away. He never gives any company name or even his own, just a bloke in his 30s with a white accent. He keeps throwing different phone numbers at me, like 602-218-5277, 541-201-8800, and 844-734-9635, telling me to call back on them. I've tried blocking the numbers with an app but that’s useless because they keep switching up the contact details. The worst part? They’ve started phoning my mum’s number too, which seems dodgy as I’m no kid anymore. It’s really getting on my nerves now.10 yearsI reckon this was some dodgy debt collection scam. They kept going on about it being "urgent" and said they’d sent some paperwork to my work, relating to a debt from a bank I’ve never even used. When I got their voicemail, they didn't say who they were or give a name, just kept pushing for me to ring back “straight away” about this “important” issue.
