I keep receiving calls from some blokes claiming there's an urgent matter I need to attend to, and they insist I ring them back straight away. They don't mention their name or the company they represent, but it appears to be a chap in his thirties, white, who rattles off a phone number for me to return the call. I’ve been bombarded with various numbers like 602-218-5277, 541-201-8800, and the like - it seems never-ending! I'm absolutely fed up as these pesky calls have been coming in for months on end. I even tried installing a call-blocking app, but it’s proving useless since they just keep rotating their numbers. What really sets alarm bells ringing is that they've also contacted my mum, which is a bit dodgy, considering I’m well past my teenage years.

Looks like I've stumbled upon what appears to be a fraudulent debt collector. They keep waffling on about some "urgent" issue, rambling on about sending papers to my workplace regarding a debt owed to a bank I’ve never even had an account with! When they left their message, they failed to mention the name of their company or give me the name of any contact person. All they insisted on was that I ring them back "at once" concerning this oh-so-"sensitive" issue. Ridiculous!
