I got a voicemail from some bloke claiming he was with the CRA, which instantly felt dodgy to me. He warned me not to ring him back and joked I’d be in trouble if I didn’t get in touch. I’ve held onto the message just in case. Weird thing is, when I check my phone's recent calls, there’s no sign of any unknown number popping up. Bit strange, really.

this number sometimes shows up with this weird code V30214484800024 that changes everytime, but the main 1-844 number stays constant. they kept ringing me several times. i picked up just once - it was a recorded message about the CRA, i quickly hung up cause i knew it was a scam. CRA never phones anyone, they send letters instead. also, i have no problems with CRA at all. these calls need to be stopped. report them to the police and make sure they get nailed.
