All I can say is that this number seems linked to something called 'provisionclub' and every month they manage to nab €8.95 straight from my Italian bank account. No clue who these people are, and trying to find a website with that name just comes up empty. Since I cant reach them at all, my only choice now is to cancel my credit card... what a hassle!
