When I asked which court it was supposed to be in, they couldn’t give me a straight answer. They pushed to settle, but when I demanded proper paperwork, they said they never send anything by post. I’ve had judgments on my credit before and always got official letters, not just random calls telling me there’s a court case and offering to settle. They’re the kind that actually take you to court. Plus, I know any real court case has a filing number and proper records - you don’t just walk in and expect a trial to happen.
