I've now blocked this number as they kept ringing me multiple times without leaving any messages. However, today they did leave one, insisting I ring back straight away. Since I don’t have any outstanding debts, I won't be returning their call.

I could hear her coughing as she attempted to say my name, which didn’t strike me as particularly professional. It gave off a rather unsettling feeling, so I decided it was best to inform her she must have dialled the wrong number before ending the call.
