7 yearsI got an email that looked like it was from Amazon, saying I bought something for £1,827 that I definitely didn’t order. It had Amazon logos and everything, but when I rang up Amazon to check, they told me the number on the email wasn’t theirs at all. Turns out, the whole email was a scam and they’ve sent it over to their security team. I did get a bit worried and called that number back, but the guy on the line had a strange accent and asked if he could get into my computer.
