When I picked up the phone, a lady on the other end inquired about someone by name. I informed her that this individual resides in Pennsylvania and that she'd dialed the wrong number. She assured me she'd take my number off her list. Turns out it was a student loan collection agency. They also wanted me to pass on a message, which I declined to do. The woman was quite courteous throughout the conversation. Interestingly, I happen to know the person she was after, as we share the same surname.
