So these people keep ringing me saying they're from Rogers and that I owe money on an account. Problem is, I've never had anything to do with Rogers at all. Today alone I've had four calls, each coming from a different number. Feels like proper harassment to me. They keep asking me to verify who I am, but I told the bloke on the phone, "If you're calling me, surely you have my details already... haha." No way am I handing over my personal stuff to some random caller. I've been blocking every number that comes through, but honestly it's relentless. They start phoning as early as 8 in the morning and sometimes keep going till 8 at night. What can I do to make them stop?

I usually don't pick up when the number's private. If there's no name showing, I just assume it's dodgy. You never know if it’s someone trying to scam you or maybe even making threats. Better to be safe than sorry, right?

You can't get legal notices for debts that aren’t yours. They told me the same rubbish. Honestly, we should all head to the cops and report these lot. They’re total con artists! Never hand over a penny to them. They’re just out to trick you!

For ages now, I've been getting calls from these con artists pretending I owe cash to Money Mart. They've made up the debt themselves and keep harrassing me over it. I'm planning to report them to the cops very soon!

They keep ringing me up saying I owe a firm £7000 from like 2012 and that I gotta pay £480 now to sort it. Back then, I took out a loan but never actually got any cash from them. Still, they won't stop calling, threatening legal action if I don’t pay. It's really annoying.

Started short term disability with Sun Life insurance recently. My phone got drenched and stopped working, so I changed to a landline. I only gave my new number to the clinic where I’m being treated and to Sun Life. Within less than a day, these people claiming to be from Rogers started calling non-stop. Thing is, I haven’t had any ties with Rogers for like 30 years. I don’t plan on ever dealing with them again or stepping into any of their offices. Never had any contact with them before, and now suddenly these calls out of nowhere. My cell’s been replaced too and those clowns didn’t bother calling that one. What’s your take? Right after I share my number with just two places - the health clinic and Sun Life - I get bombarded? I’m pretty sure it’s coming from Sun Life’s end. Just checked online and their offices and those callers are about 30 kilometres apart. Weird, huh?

Someone claimed to be from Rogers and said they needed to connect me with a senior agent about some urgent issue. But I don't owe them a single penny - I only have their cable service and I pay for it every month without fail!

I've gotten calls from this number several times, but I usually don't pick up if I don't know the number. They haven't left any voicemail either. Seems like it might be some sort of sales call or just junk.

i already blocked this number but they kept ringing me like 3 to 5 times every day. Plus, i got texts from other numbers telling me to call that same number which was so frustrating. I ended up blocking loads of other numbers too! Mostly they just hang up when i pick up. A few times they left voicemails but there was nothing on them. It’s really getting on my nerves.

Usually i just ignore these calls and let them ring out to voicemail since they never bother leaving anything. But today, i actually got a voicemail with a voice saying to wait for the next free agent, then some boring music started playing. So basically you ring me up and expect me to hang about on hold? From 19/12/16 through to 21/12/16, I got a few calls from unknown numbers but they left no voicemail:
14157280889 called me on the evening of 19/12/16 at 10:22 pm.
On 20/12/16 at 7:13 am, 17784522451 rang.
Then on 21/12/16, 18773559925 phoned around 2:49 pm.

Also noticed calls on 20/12/16 at 7:15 pm from a Toll Free Service number with no msg left, and on 21/12/16 at 7:14 am from someone listed as Unknown Name but no message there either.
