The person claimed to be from the IRS and threatened to send someone to take all my stuff. I told them I’d just show up at their office instead, and then they just ended the call.

Got a call from a guy with a strong Indian accent who kept saying something like "Trovzer Cardvill" and claimed he was from the IRS. When I asked him to prove it or give me an agent ID, he just hung up. He was threatening me that in 20 minutes the IRS would show up with a warrant to arrest me and take my house. Told me to find a good criminal lawyer quick! Absolutely ridiculous. What the hell?
