I tried calling the number listed to get hold of Alvin Cooper, who claimed to be a technician for Intel and Microsoft. He supposedly installed some security software on my PC, and I paid £149 for a year-long service contract to get help with any issues during that time, which is due to finish in August 2016. However, when I rang this number several times today, Tuesday 1st March 2015, I kept getting a message saying the number isn’t set up to accept calls at the moment and to try again later. Can anyone confirm if this number and the company are legit? Thanks a lot, Susan
