I received a dodgy call claiming that my card ending in 536602 had been marked for issues. They insisted on details that I certainly wouldn't provide, so I promptly hung up.

I received a call from this number, yet there's no card linked to it. Clearly a scam!

Clearly, this is a dodgy con. I’ve got no card that begins with the number they claimed! When I rang them back, a recorded message instantly requested my ATM details! I terminated the call and promptly blocked the number!

Yet another dodgy attempt! I can assure you, I’ve got no cards bearing the digits 53662, and I certainly didn’t make that call.

Received a text saying: "Your card that starts with 536602 has issues. Please reach out to us right away at 1-844-369-8872." The thing is, I've never owned a card that matches those digits. No way did I call that number.

I've received a very similar text myself:

Message reads: "your card beginning with 536602 has been marked for review. Please reach out to us urgently at 1-844-369-8872." The thing is, I don't possess any card that includes those digits. Naturally, I refrained from dialling that number.
