He then pauses, and another recorded male voice chimes in with the name before the first voice continues, using language that is rather unsettling, suggesting that if we "possess any details that could assist in locating this (pause) individual," we should ring the provided number, concluding with a rather insincere, "thank you for your cooperation." The audio quality leaves much to be desired, with interruptions that give the impression of prior content being edited out; curiously, they mention nothing other than the name of the person they’re after.
