I've been receiving a barrage of annoying calls lately. They're quite insistent and definitely unwelcome!

I caught them off guard by answering the call. When the representative tried to dodge the question regarding the source of our number, I ended up giving him a piece of my mind, and he promptly hung up. So, I redialled, and a different person confessed that they didn’t get our details from any "inquiry," but rather from the "registry." The moment I mentioned "cold calling," they assured me we’d be removed from their list, yet, just like the first chap, they cut off our conversation mid-flow. It seems scammers aren’t keen on owning up to their shady tactics! 1-5-17 Boston, MA

Received a couple of calls back-to-back within a minute, but they didn’t leave any voicemails. I reckon it’s most likely some sort of spam or scammer trying their luck.
