The message alerts me to a supposed security issue with software they say is installed on my device. The voice was distinctly that of a more mature woman, and instead of mentioning a "last time," she claimed the software was put in place "last year." The caller ID displayed "Toll Free Service," yet the actual company behind the call remains a mystery. Clearly, it’s just another scam attempt.
