I've received a call from this number asking me to log into my computer-definitely not! They've rang me five times now. What a nuisance!

I received a rather dubious phone call from individuals claiming to be from Microsoft. When I mentioned that I had already contacted Microsoft, who assured me they'd never reach out in such a manner, they became quite flustered. It was clear they were attempting to pull a fast one, but I informed them that I had already notified the proper authorities. To be honest, their knowledge of my computer was utterly lacking; they couldn’t even get the details of my Windows version right. What a shame for them!

This number appeared on my Caller ID as All PC Experts, and I must say, the urgency in their approach was quite overwhelming. They asserted they were affiliated with IOLA (System Mechanic) and insisted that they had received alerts indicating issues with my computer. Their pitch involved gaining access to my device to prevent an impending failure. However, upon contacting IOLA directly, I learnt that they do not make calls like these and they've promised to look into the situation promptly. Just a heads up to everyone - stay vigilant!

I had a similar experience to the individual prior. They attempted to coax me into logging onto my computer so they could gain remote access to something. Absolutely not, mate! That’s not going to fly with me.

I'm receiving requests to grant access to my business computer, claiming there’s an issue with their server. Let me be clear: I do not permit anyone to view the contents of my computer!
