These nuisances ring me two or even three times a week.

Such behaviour is downright illegal.

I'm absolutely fed up with receiving these phone calls, only for them to disconnect without saying a word!

I received a phone call from them, and they left a message in both French and English, which makes sense since I live in Quebec. They claimed to be from some credit firm I’ve never heard of before and urged me to return their call. The thing is, I don't owe anyone any money at all. I’d advise steering clear of these folks; they seem to be up to no good.
