They said I'd get a month free with store coupons but still took money from my account, even tho I cancelled in time. On top of that, they signed me up for some travel website without asking me at all. Definitely feels like a scam to me.

I got a call saying I'd won a £100 fuel voucher and £500 for shopping, but then they asked for my home address. I didn't share any details and told the bloke to get lost. Pretty sure it was a total con.

So this bloke claimed to be from some kind of shopping discount firm, said it was based in Canada. Naturally, I was sceptical right away. Turns out, they’re getting quite slick at this! The call came from 1-844-251-1738 - which is a US number, not Canadian like they insisted. The guy who answered gave his name as John Cole and rattled off some employee number, 2535. Funny thing is, he was pretty reluctant to share that at first… seemed like a total fib to me. He even mentioned they were operating out of Alberta. Just another dodgy setup, I reckon.

They totally ripped me off and took my cash, it was a proper scam.

Somebody called me saying I’d won £100 worth of petrol vouchers plus £500 in shopping gift cards, but I just had to cover £1.90 for delivery. It sounded a bit fishy to me.

So I got a call from this number 1 403 800 0334 claiming to be from some shopping discount club. They told me I’d won a $100 petrol card, but I had to just cover shipping which was like $1.95. Seemed fishy so I checked online and found out it’s definitely a scam. The moment they realised I was onto them, they just ended the call straight away.
