Just once, I did attempt to ring them back, only to find their voicemail blaring that they were closed. They asked me to provide my name, phone number, and even my bank account details! She asked me which number I had been dialed from, and when I shared my landline, she responded quite rudely, insisting it wasn’t the right one and demanding the number that called me. I mentioned it might be my mobile, but if it is, it strikes me as odd considering it seems to be from a list. She then huffed loudly and hung up on me!
