Lately, I've noticed some rather peculiar phone calls, where there's nothing but silence on the line. They claim to be from Bank of the West. Oddly enough, my husband has been getting the same strange calls on his mobile, and again, there's no reply when we answer. Seems like a dodgy scam to me!
