I told the bloke straight up that he wasn’t the IRS and he was trying to scam me. He got all annoyed and told me to just hang up. So, I did exactly that.

Got a call from a number I didn't recognise and I missed it. Later, they left a message claiming I’m being prosecuted by the government over some tax dodging thing. They also included a phone number to ring them back! Definitely a scam.

Got a call from a blocked number with a robot voice saying I was being taken to court by the government over tax dodging, then it told me to ring the number it gave. There’s no way I’m involved in anything like that, so it’s definitely some kind of scam.
