Total scam, claimed someone named William Carroll had died but seriously, that's just ridiculous. I'm actually married to a William Carroll and if he had any of that cash, I'd definitely be aware of it. Plus, the fact it was sent by royal mail proves it was posted somewhere in the UK, adding more doubt to the whole story.

A letter arrived for me from someone named Hariono Shibata, just like the person above mentioned. Even though I wish I could claim 40% of 15 million, I was pretty sure it was a complete con!

I got a call sayin some distant family member had passed away and apparently I was meant to get some money. They said all the paperwork was legit but insisted I keep the letter a secret from everyone.

Absolutely not! It turns out it's a scam from someone masquerading as a deceased person with precisely the same name. How ridiculous!

Some bloke called Kenji Masuru rang me, saying there’s a chance to grab a million bucks. Sounded a bit too good to be true if you ask me.
