I got a call from this number and they said they were from some customer support team for Xfinity, but called themselves Service Solutions. They tried to push some sort of product on me and then asked for my credit card details. Definitely a scam, don’t pick up or ring them back!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Xfinity, saying I was getting some kind of discount on my bill. I asked them what the price was, 'cause I wasn't sure what they meant. They said I’m paying over £200 a month. Nah, that’s definitely wrong. When I asked how much I really pay, I told her that in the UK, we don’t just give out our details to randoms offering deals out of the blue. She didn’t even wait for me to finish and just cut me off. Proper cheeky! Haha

I've been getting loads of calls daily from these fraudsters. My phone shows Comcast on the caller ID, but when I asked, they said it wasn’t actually their number. Such a pain!

Got a ring from this number earlier. The person claimed to be from Xfinity and said they got some alerts about my internet yesterday. I knew straight away it was dodgy, so I just replied “no thanks” and ended the call. Honestly, these scammers just don’t stop, do they!

Got a call showing Comcast on the ID, but the guy speaking had such a thick accent I could barely understand him. He started asking if I’d been on any dodgy websites lately. Didn’t fancy it one bit, so I just ended the call. Pretty clear it was a scam.

This number has called us twice now. The first time, it was a woman pretending to be from a credit card company, telling me I owed a payment immediately and wanted me to confirm my card details, address, and national insurance number. I said no and ended the call. Then today, they rang again saying they had fixed our computer before and that due to a security issue, we needed to install some software. We've never had anyone do work on our computer. When my husband told them to stop, the man swore at him and hung up. The caller ID showed it was from Comcast, but that was definitely a lie.

So, I was using my Apple iPod and suddenly I got a message that said I won a gift from Comcast, so I put in some details. Then, out of nowhere, another alert popped up saying Safari had a security problem and to ring 18009436489. I phoned and a man told me to plug my iPod into my laptop and open a website. He gave me a code to type in, and said I needed to download something. That made me suspicious though, so I told him I didn’t want to download anything. He told me to just visit the Apple store to fix it, then he hung up. I checked my laptop and deleted two recent downloads I thought were from this. Still feel uneasy and my heart’s racing. I’m too worried to even tell my husband. Anyone knows what I should do?
