My debit card got charged multiple times, and I have no clue why! I never agreed to let them take money from my WF bank card. When I phoned them up, they said they couldn't locate my account, name, or even my number! So, they had no idea what service or phone the charges were for. Today I got a call from a guy claiming to be from "Verizon" with a strong accent that made it tough to catch everything he said. You could hear he was a bit let down. Definitely felt dodgy to me!!!!

Got a call earlier claiming to be from Varizon, saying they were running a survey and if I completed it, I’d get £20 off my bill on every line. The bloke had a really thick Asian accent and I struggled to catch most of what he said. He asked some usual survey questions about the service and then wanted the last four digits of my National Insurance to put the credit on my account. I refused to share it and when he asked again, I flat out said no a second time and he just ended the call. Definitely a scam! Lucky I didn’t hand over any details.
