I followed the automated prompts, chose English and everything seemed normal. But then a bloke answered and started talking to me in Spanish. I told him I don’t understand Spanish, but he spoke with such a heavy accent and acted like it was my fault for wanting English. I asked if I could be put through to someone who spoke English, but he flat out refused. He said everything was fine with my account and he couldn’t transfer me anywhere. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, he still wouldn’t connect me.
