I’m beginning to suspect I might have fallen victim to a hacker.Sid10 yearsWhilst I was perusing the internet, a rather alarming message popped up on my screen, claiming my computer was under siege and urging me to ring a specific number or face imminent shutdown. Curiosity got the better of me, so I made the call, only to be bombarded with personal inquiries. The caller then insisted I visit a so-called "private server" website and prompted me to initiate a download. It struck me as rather suspicious, as it didn’t resemble the usual Windows Explorer at all.
