SCAM ALERT - So I’m here in Arizona and got a call from someone claiming to be from APS (Arizona Power Service). They warned our electricity would get cut off in 45 mins unless we rang them back. Thing is, APS isn’t even our provider - we get power from SRP (Salt River Project). I fed the bloke a bogus credit card number. When he realised it was fake, he got proper angry, and I just told him it’s a pointless card for a made-up person. Then he threw shade at my mum, so I gave it right back at his. Honestly, quite the entertaining chat!

Absolutely watch out, it's a total rip off with those utility calls! Definitely a scam, no question about it.

So earlier today I got a call from someone saying my utilities were gonna be disconnected. I just laughed it off and that really annoyed the guy. He started yelling and throwing insults at me. I’m based in Indianapolis, IN.
