The company’s called "People Connect USA" or something like that. I actually found their number by searching "MICROSOFT" on Google. Seriously, avoid them at all costs. He kept pushing me to get on my PC and follow his instructions to supposedly fix some driver issue that would stop my software from updating and crash my system. He was pretty pushy and tried loads of tricks to get me to agree to his 'solution'. Like others have mentioned, he spoke with an Indian accent but said his name was Mr. Smith and that he's based in New York. At one point, he even put me on with his 'manager' to try and make me trust him.
