I discovered their number while I was on a Google search looking for "MICROSOFT". Do yourself a favour and steer clear of them! This individual was rather aggressive, urging me to hop onto my computer so he could guide me through a supposedly essential process to rectify a driver issue that he claimed was hindering my software updates and threatening my system's stability. His persistence was quite off-putting, and he employed various tactics in an attempt to persuade me to go along with this so-called 'solution.' As has been noted in similar experiences, his accent suggested he was of East Indian descent, despite introducing himself as Mr. Smith, stationed in New York. To further ease my skepticism, he even connected me to his so-called 'supervisor.' This individual professed that he could resolve my forthcoming computer troubles, if only I would trust him a smidge.
