They include a $199 registration fee voucher and claim it's your last chance to act, saying your coverage’s about to end. It all feels dodgy to me. I’ve never had a mortgage or any home warranty and certainly don’t want one. Plus, the deadline they give you to respond is ridiculously short. If you get a letter or a call from them, be warned - it’s probably a scam. Don’t pick up calls from this number.
