I reckon it's probably a scam, so watch out. I wouldn’t do what they ask if I were you. Maybe they're subcontractors for some firm, but it still seems pretty dodgy to me. Don’t let them trick you.

Since I dont use a landline, just my mobile, ive found this handy feature that lets me block numbers. When someone rings me i just add their number to the block list, so next times they try to call theres no ring or notifcation at all. It’s really useful and i love it.
