I asked her for the physical address of the company, and she inquired why I needed it. I simply repeated my question, but she pressed on, asking again why I required that information. I explained I was trying to confirm her identity as Colonial Penn. She fumbled her words, so I decided to enlighten her with a few well-chosen expletives before hanging up.
