Problem is, I’m not even signed up with Amazon Prime. Just for giggles, I rang them back. After an automated message saying the call might be recorded, a woman with a strong Indian accent picked up, claiming to be from Colonial Penn Life Insurance. I asked her for their office address, and she kept asking why I wanted to know. I told her I needed to check she really worked there, and she got all flustered. I gave her a few colourful words before hanging up. My tip?
