This number just keeps ringing non-stop, asking the most ridiculous questions and every time they claim we owe a different amount - it’s so annoying. I tried using Bell, and now they want to charge us extra just to block these spam calls - how unfair is that? Their customer service is a complete joke too, with them messing up our details and even asking for things like our social insurance and driving licence numbers - that’s totally illegal. Does Bell even know who they are letting call their customers? It feels like such a breach of trust, handing over our private info to any employee. I just managed to ring them back and the bloke who picked up sounded like he was outside somewhere - I could hear the wind blowing in the background. When I asked to speak to a manager, he wanted to know why. I told him, "I’m not convinced this is really Bell since I can hear the wind." Then, without warning, he hung up on me.

Yeah, all they want is your cash. It's a scam, so don’t hand over any card details to them. I actually worked for these lot once. It's not Bell ringing you, but some debt collection place from Montreal called Global Affinity. Seriously, don’t share your info with them. If they call, just say: “Don’t contact me again” and “I’m not giving out any information.” Then, just hang up. Make sure to ring Bell and report the call. They record everything and can track down the caller in no time.
