Phone number ☎️ 8004633339 πŸ‘† is reported as the official FedEx customer service number frequently used for automated delivery notifications and shipment updates. While many calls from this number are legitimate, advising customers of expected deliveries or duty payments, numerous users report it being spoofed by scammers aiming to extract personal or financial information. Common scam tactics include insisting on immediate payment for customs or shipping fees, requesting sensitive details, or using aggressive or confusing scripts. Genuine FedEx calls typically do not demand credit card information upfront and encourage verification via the main FedEx hotline. Users are advised to remain cautious, confirm tracking numbers independently, and avoid providing information to unsolicited callers even if the number appears legitimate, as scammers often exploit caller ID spoofing.

I had a rather peculiar experience today when an unfamiliar number that looked to be from FedEx rang me not once, but twice. The odd thing? Instead of a friendly human voice, I was greeted by what sounded like a rather robotic automated announcement. Naturally, I felt a twinge of suspicion. I had indeed placed some orders recently, but why on earth wouldn’t they call me directly or have a real person make the call? It all seemed rather fishy, if you ask me. So, I decided to cut the conversation short and hung up both times!

I received a call from someone purporting to be from FedEx, insisting they needed my financial details to sort tax payments related to an imported item. I've tried to confirm their legitimacy, but the number matches what’s listed on the FedEx website, which makes it all rather puzzling. Could be a legitimate call, but I'm not entirely convinced.

I can confirm this is indeed the genuine number for FedEx, as it appears on their official site. However, I strongly advise against making any payments over an automated call. It's much safer to visit a FedEx shipping location directly or to speak with a customer service representative instead.

I received a phone call recently where the caller not only used my first name but also my nickname, which only a handful of people are aware of, so naturally, it raised a few alarm bells for me. They inquired whether I resided in a particular town and region, and considering I only relocated here a week prior, the whole thing felt quite unsettling. They even insisted I provide my address, claiming it was related to a delivery from FEDEX. Quite troubling, to say the least!

In my situation, this appears to be genuine. I'm presently grappling with a delayed delivery, and they rang me to verify my case number and provide an update. I allowed it to go to voicemail initially to check if they had the details I shared earlier, which they indeed did. Just a word of caution-be vigilant, as scammers have the ability to mimic this number.

I received a genuine call earlier. It was an automated message regarding a FedEx parcel that’s due to arrive, reminding me that a signature would be necessary. However, it seems this number might be getting spoofed by fraudsters, judging by the volume of reports. If you’re waiting on a delivery and are aware of potential duty or tax fees, I’d advise being cautious if someone rings to collect payment. Just mention that you’re busy or driving and end the call. Instead, reach out to 1-800-463-3339 (that’s 1800 GoFedEx) to settle the payment securely, as the incoming call could very well be from scammers.

These individuals are definitely trying to pull a fast one.

I reckon this might sometimes be a bit dodgy, but in my case, it was simply a text from FedEx letting me know I had a parcel that needed signing for. My phone and email go off like clockwork whenever a message comes through, as I've got them rigged to alert me. If you're waiting on a delivery, it’s likely the real deal, but I’d strongly advise against making any payments over the phone. I’d always prefer to call them back instead. Just my two pence on the matter!

I can vouch for this service-I'm expecting a parcel to arrive tomorrow. It's a bit of a novelty for me, as I've never had a confirmation call from FedEx in the past.

Received an early morning call at 8 o'clock today. Not really appreciated, to be honest. They then prompted me to press 1 to proceed. Fine, I went along with it, only to be asked to say, "I'm ready." Seriously? Why not just get to the point? A simple message like, "You've got a parcel" or "There's an outstanding payment on your delivery" would suffice. We're always indoors and can handle payments when needed; in fact, we’ve never had a call from FedEx before. They could just sort it out at the door if necessary.

Interestingly, it wasn't an actual phone call that landed in my lap. Instead, I found a delivery notice wedged in my door, with the back door highlighted in bright circles. Oddly enough, nobody in my household was waiting for any parcels, so I thought it best to hop onto the FedEx site to track down this mysterious package using the number listed on the notice. Much to my surprise, every attempt resulted in a big fat zero, so I figured it was time to give the number on the back a good old Google.

While I was at the office, this number rang through once, then twice, and before I knew it, it had dialled all four of our lines simultaneously. The caller ID claimed to be FedEx, but to my surprise, the message was delivered in Chinese. Definitely a scam!

I got a missed call from 18004633339 earlier. When I called back, a woman with a Swedish accent was on the line. She wanted to confirm my name and address for some delivery, but honestly, I can't recall expecting anything to arrive. I mentioned that she could find my details using my mobile number, but she insisted on getting my name and address first. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to end the call.

The caller display indicated it was FedEx, so I decided to pick up. Initially, I was greeted by a pre-recorded message from a lady speaking in English about FedEx, but then she switched to another language altogether. I chose not to hang up, and to my surprise, the message just looped back to the beginning. The call finally ended when I pressed #9.

I got an automated call from 800-463-3339 on 12th August 2019. The person on the other end was a woman speaking Chinese. Honestly, I have no dealings with this caller whatsoever-definitely a scam! Make sure to report it to the FTC, FCC, and your State Attorney, and check out www.donotcall.gov. You might also consider pursuing a private lawsuit to seek compensation!

On the 24th of June, 2019, around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I received a call from 1-800-463-3339, which supposedly belongs to "1-800-GO-FEDEX." Interestingly, they didn’t leave a message on my voicemail. After doing a bit of online digging, it seems that I'm not alone in thinking this number appears to be dubious, as there are similar reports from others. Cheers, Chagin.

I’ve discovered that this phone number links back to FedEx. However, it seems that some con artists are masquerading as them during their calls. To cut a long story short, do take heed of it only if you’re expecting a parcel from FedEx and the tracking code aligns with your order. If not, it’s likely just a trickster trying to deceive you.

This is a number associated with FedEx. I received three calls within a quarter of an hour this morning, but chose not to answer and subsequently blocked the number using CallBlocker from unknownphone.com. Curiously, I called that number back and ended up chatting with a representative from FedEx. He advised that if you receive a call, listen carefully, request a tracking number, and then hang up. After that, dial the official FedEx number to verify whether the tracking number is genuine. He made it clear that FedEx will never ask for credit card details during the first communication, so if someone does demand such information, it’s safe to conclude it’s a scam using FedEx's caller ID.

I received a phone call from this number earlier today, yet I didn’t recognise it, so I decided to let it ring. I’m currently expecting a parcel to arrive from the US to Canada, but I’m a bit at a loss regarding the next steps. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly welcomed!

I spotted this phone number linked to some suspicious transactions on my credit card, particularly alongside a bunch of dodgy charges related to FedEx CDO. Out of caution, I checked the tracking numbers and found they were all shipped to various places in the States-definitely not what I expected! When I tried to get some clarity by ringing them, I spoke to a chap named Mario. Unfortunately, after I laid out my concerns, he abruptly ended the call. Even though the number appears on the official FedEx site, I'd advise everyone to stay vigilant!

It appears that their preferred method of communication has shifted to texting.
"Hi there, thank you for your recent purchase! I’ve been keeping an eye on your parcel and it seems it’s now at your local depot. FedEx has tried to reach out but hasn’t received a response. You might want to ring your nearest FedEx number: 8004633339 to arrange for collection, or to discuss rescheduling the delivery when you’re at home. Should you encounter any issues with the hair product, just drop me a message and I'll do my utmost to assist you.
Best wishes!"

I can confirm this isn't one of those dodgy FedEx scams; it was genuinely FedEx who rang me up. They mentioned my package, had my tracking number, and even knew my name. The call was purely to inform me about the parcel that had been delivered and to discuss the duty payments owed.

I received an unexpected phone call earlier from an Asian Indian gentleman who rang up my local police station. Oddly enough, he inquired whether I was a "police officer," and then made an utterly inappropriate comment suggesting he wanted to, well, engage in some rather unsavoury activity with me. Naturally, the call was promptly terminated. When I tried to dial the number again, I got a voicemail that turned out to be from FEDEX instead. Quite bizarre, if you ask me!

I got a text saying I had an authorisation code that was about to expire, along with a number to ring. When I called, a bloke on the line told me he’d put me through to another department. I explained that I hadn’t placed any orders and wasn’t anticipating receiving anything at all. I decided to hang up after that.

This morning, whilst I was navigating my commute, I had the misfortune of receiving four calls from this number. Thankfully, I’ve got into the habit of not chatting on the phone while driving; instead, I decided to look it up here beforehand. The initial duo of calls came from the digits 11-800-463-3339. Interestingly, I’m expecting a parcel from FedEx, and they’ve been ringing me on the number I listed for delivery updates. Quite the coincidence, isn’t it?

I’ve traced the call with this caller ID back to India, likely from the Gujarat or Maharashtra regions. The caller was hurling insults in Hindi and I caught snippets of a conversation in Gujarati as well. It's rather appalling to see that India still lacks an effective system to handle these spam calls. It really tarnishes the nation's image.

I decided to ring the number again after I initially ended the call, and it turned out to be FedEx. I provided them with my tracking number, and they had details about a parcel I'm awaiting. However, I can't shake off the feeling that my first call could have been a scam.

I've been receiving countless calls from individuals claiming to be from courier services, like FedEx, but I suspect they're nothing more than con artists. I received a call from this number the other day but chose not to pick up. Shortly after, I got a voicemail claiming a package was on hold for me at FedEx and provided a tracking number. I was quite suspicious, thinking it might be a scam, so I contacted FedEx to verify the tracking number. They informed me that it didn't exist. Curious, I decided to look the phone number up online, and stumbled upon your site that indicated there’s a scam making the rounds at the moment. I'm definitely going to block this number and I sincerely hope others don’t get duped by it.

Received a call earlier today with a rather familiar story about a parcel that had apparently been delivered at 8 o'clock this morning. They claimed it required my signature, but it seems the courier had a bit of a memory lapse and forgot to collect my John Hancock. I mentioned it couldn’t have been a FedEx delivery, to which he casually remarked he'd have the driver ring me up instead. Clearly, it's just a ruse! I suggest you extract every ounce of information you can from these chaps and pretend you're eagerly awaiting a delivery. That way, we can gather enough intel to put an end to their nonsense once and for all.

I received a rather alarming phone call from this number claiming that my husband had a parcel arriving from India that required urgent delivery. They went on to say they would provide the tracking details to my husband, asking for his mobile number. I naively shared his number, assuming it was a legitimate FedEx inquiry. Shortly after, I received a call seemingly from my husband's phone, with an elaborate scam unfolding, stating that he was at the police station and had been detained, urgently needing assistance. It was a clever ruse, a real deception! Just a heads up to everyone; be vigilant!

I've just had a dodgy voicemail from this number. The message claimed they had a package waiting for me from my employer-surely that’s a bit odd, isn’t it? Today, I received a call from this number, and the person on the other end claimed to be with UPS-definitely not FedEx. I noticed a missed call from this number on my mobile and when I picked up the phone the next day, a woman speaking what sounded like an Asian language was on the line. I had a rather peculiar experience with a call from this number. They chose not to leave any voicemail, which I found a tad suspicious. Curious enough, I decided to ring the number back, but instead of my phone, I used a fax machine. I just got a call from this number, and they left a message that I'm pretty sure was in Chinese. Seems like it’s a classic case of call spoofing. I’d advise against picking up-FedEx has a different number over in China, so it’s highly unlikely they’d ever reach out in that language from this particular number.
