Got a call from them right at 8 in the morning, which was pretty annoying. Then they asked me to press 1 to go on, fine. After that, they wanted me to say "I'm ready," which made no sense. Why not just straight up say what the call's about? Like, "You have a parcel" or "There's a delivery fee owed." We're always in, and FedEx has never rung us like that before. Got a missed call from 18004633339 and when I called back, a woman with a Swedish accent answered. She asked for my name and where I live to confirm a package delivery. So, I’ve seen this number pop up and it’s linked to FedEx, but heads up - scammers are faking it and using it pretending to be from FedEx. Basically, don’t get caught out unless you’re actually expecting a parcel from FedEx and the tracking info lines up. Otherwise, chances are it’s just someone trying to scam you.

This number belongs to FedEx. I received three calls from it within just 15 minutes this morning, but I didn’t answer and ended up blocking it using CallBlocker from unknownphone.com. Later, I called the number myself and managed to speak with a FedEx agent. He advised me to always listen carefully to anyone who rings, ask them for a tracking number, then hang up and call the official FedEx line directly to verify if that tracking number is genuine. He also mentioned that FedEx would never request your credit card details on an initial call, so if someone does, it’s obviously a scam, even if they appear to be calling from FedEx’s number.

I noticed this phone number popping up alongside some dodgy charges on my credit card, all tied to FedEx CDO. I checked all the tracking numbers and they were sent all over the States, nowhere near me. When I rang the number, a bloke called Mario answered but once I told him why I was calling, he just dropped the call. Even though it's on the FedEx site, I'd still be cautious about it.

These days, they’re sending text messages instead of calling. I got one saying, “Hello dear, thanks for your order () I checked your shipment and it’s arrived. FedEx tried to get in touch with you but no answer. You can ring your local FedEx on 8004633339 to collect it, or arrange delivery when you’re home. If you find any issues with the hair, please contact me first, and we’ll do our best to fix it for you. Kind regards ()”

It actually was FedEx who rang me, not some scam or anything. They had my name, the tracking number, and all the details about the parcel. They called just to say my package had arrived and that there was a customs fee I needed to pay.

Got a call from a guy who sounded Asian Indian, ringing a police station. He asked if I was a "police woman" then out of nowhere asked if he could "f__k" me. Not having it, I just ended the call. Tried calling the number back later and it was a voicemail for FEDEX! Weird!

Got a text saying I had an authorisation code that was going to expire soon and it included a number to ring. When I called, a bloke answered and said he’d put me through to another department. I told him I hadn’t bought or ordered anything and wasn’t waiting for any package. Ended the call pretty quick after that.

I got four calls from this number while I was driving to work this morning. Luckily, I never pick up calls when I’m behind the wheel, so I decided to look it up here first. The initial two calls came from 11-800-463-3339. Interestingly, I am expecting a FedEx delivery, and they were trying to reach me on the phone number I gave for the shipment.

This number that called me seems to be from India, maybe from Gujarat or Maharashtra. I could tell because the person started swearing in Hindi and I overheard him talking to someone else in Gujarati. It’s really annoying that India doesn’t have a proper system to deal with these kinds of spam calls. It just makes the country look bad, honestly.

So, I dialled the number back after I first ended the call and it turned out to be FedEx. I entered the tracking number they gave me, and it showed details about a parcel I’m waiting on. That said, I’m still suspicious the original call might’ve been a scam.

Got these calls loads from people with Indian accents, always some parcel or FedEx nonsense, but the number changes all the time. Proper scam stuff. Why doesn't someone just crack down on them already?

This number rang me but I didn’t pick up. Later, I found a voicemail claiming I had a parcel at FedEx with a tracking code. It sounded dodgy, so I got in touch with FedEx to check and they told me the tracking number doesn’t exist. I then searched the number online and found your site warning about a scam linked to it. Definitely going to block it and hope others don’t get caught out by this.

I got a call from this number earlier today and they left a voicemail about a parcel I supposedly have to pay $18 to get. They even gave a bogus tracking code. Glad I didn’t ring back before doing a bit of digging.

I got a call like that too, saying there’s a parcel for my missus from India. When I tried to get more details, they said they’d just pass it on to her. I ended the call right away.

Got a call earlier today saying I missed a delivery that was meant to be signed for, but apparently the driver forgot to get my signature. I told them it wasn’t anything FedEx-related, and he said someone would have the driver get in touch. Felt off right away - total scam if you ask me. I suggest playing along like you’re waiting for a parcel and try to collect as many details as you can. That way, we might be able to put an end to these dodgy calls.

This number rang me saying there’s a parcel for my husband from India that needs urgent delivery. They asked for his phone number to give him the tracking info. Thinking it might be a legit FedEx call, I gave it. Then, out of nowhere, I got a call directly from my husband's number. They pulled this huge scam, pretending they were from the police station saying his phone was with them, and that he’d been arrested and needed help right away. Such a clever trick but a total rip off! Watch out for this one!

I came across this info from the CRTC (https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/phone/telemarketing/identit.htm) and it turns out these scammers often fake their caller ID. Thought it’s good to be aware they use spoofing tricks.

Got a dodgy voicemail from this number earlier. They were saying there’s a parcel waiting for me from my work, which sounds off cos why would they link a delivery to my mobile? They asked me to ring back and give them my payment details, which felt like a proper scam to me.

Today I got a call from this number. The guy on the line had a slight accent and was asking for someone whose name they apparently found in a phone book. When I asked for his identity, he said he was 'Robert Williams' from FedEx, saying they had a parcel from Health Canada for me. I immediately suspected a scam. I asked for a call back extension and he gave me 2463 and a tracking number that didn’t even work when I tried it online. So, I rang FedEx to let them know what's going on and their customer service told me they've been made aware of scammers pretending to be them using their 1-800 number. Apparently, the fraud team is on it. Funny enough, there actually is a Robert Williams on Linkedin, but he’s FedEx’s Managing Director for Worldwide Services - definitely not someone calling customers to ask when they’ll be home! So yeah, this number is real, but scammers are using it. Watch out!

When I asked who was on the line, he introduced himself as 'Robert Williams' and mentioned a package from Health Canada. I immediately suspected it was a scam, so I asked for his extension to call back later. He gave me extension 2463 and some tracking number that didn’t work on the company website. I then called up FedEx to flag it, and their support team said they knew scammers were using their 1-800 line and their fraud department is handling it. Interestingly, the name 'Robert Williams' is on Linkedin but he’s listed as the Managing Director of Worldwide Services at FedEx - definitely not someone who’d be cold-calling to ask about delivery times! So yeah, this number seems genuine but scammers are exploiting it. Stay cautious.

This number called me several times claiming to be from Fedax, asking for my husband about a parcel delivery. The guy said his name was John. I told him we already contacted Fedax and they said there’s no parcel for him. I told him to stop wasting our time. After that, he just said alright and hung up.

Beware, this call is definitely a scam. I received a ring from this number pretending to be UPS saying they had a delivery for my wife from TD bank. Funny thing is, I could hear someone speaking Gujarati quietly in the back. Just so you know, my wife isn’t even a customer of TD bank, so it was super fishy.

Today, I got a ring from this number and the person said they were from UPS, not FedEx mind you, asking when my wife would be free to collect a parcel. The caller, who sounded like he was from East Indian background just like me, wanted details. I told him we’re around all day and if he expected me to hand over any info like our phone number or address, he wasn’t gonna get a thing. Then I just ended the call.

I saw this number pop up as a missed call on my phone, so when I called back the next day, a woman started speaking in some sort of eastern language. I didn’t understand a word and just ended the call straight away. What’s weird is that about seven hours before that missed call, I’d made an online purchase that was meant to be sent by FedEx. Bit odd, really.

This number keeps ringing me non stop. It shows up on my caller ID but they never leave a voicemail. Yesterday I got a call from it claiming to be the Chinese Embassy in Washington, talking in some foreign language. I probably shouldn’t have answered and then hung up so quickly. Today it’s pretending to be FedEx or something, and I reckon any calls answered by me are probably being shared with dodgy people. What a mess!

I just got a call, and they left a voicemail that sounded like it was in Chinese or something. Seems like one of those scam calls with fake numbers. I wouldn’t answer if I were you. FedEx uses a different phone number for China, so it's not like they’d ring and drop a message like that from this line. The person chatted away in Cantonese. I might've placed an order if it was well-known food and had free delivery, but since it wasn’t, I reckon it’s a scam. When I checked the number, it showed up as a FedEx contact. I’m definitely going to report it to donotcall.
