8 yearsThis afternoon, I got a call from the number shown above. The guy said he was from Capital One's fraud team and claimed there had been suspicious charges on my card ending in (0000). When I phoned back, they asked for my social security number to confirm my identity. I told them I’ve never had any account with Capital One and refused to give my details.
