Then they called back, bleating on about an overdue bill. Oddly enough, they didn't even mention the name of the company they were supposedly representing. Quite the bother, really!

I am definitely not a customer of PPL, but I keep getting these phone calls from someone with a really thick accent. To be honest, I find it hard to trust that these calls are genuinely from PPL. It all feels rather dodgy to me, if I’m honest.
