I've been emailing them about this, and they answered at first, but since the start of August no replies have come and now the email bounces back. Today I got a message saying they'd refund me through PayPal, which sounded promising, but they used the wrong email for the refund. So frustrating! I really doubt Debra Meaden would want her image linked to something so dodgy.
