For about three weeks now, this number has been ringing me nonstop, like every couple of hours from 8 in the morning right up until 10 at night. I've put my number on the Do Not Call list a bunch of times, but they keep pestering me anyway. I'm an older person and have trouble moving around, so it's really painful to drag myself out of bed just to pick up the phone. Honestly, why do they have to call so early and then again so late? It's proper annoying.

They ring me like 4 or 5 times daily, even on my mobile. I’m registered on the Do Not Call list but these calls just won’t stop.

If they drop you a voicemail, I think the law says they gotta wait a day or two before they call back, could be 24 or 48 hours, not totally sure. That's probably why you never get messages from them. But they can ring you all day if they don’t leave one.

Saying they’re from cr*ppy tire? Total rubbish.

I rang back and ended up speaking to someone from Canadian Tire BANK, not their MasterCard department like I thought. I told the lady I’ve had my number for over a decade and have never had any account or card with them. She claimed she’d taken my number off their list. The constant 2 or 3 calls a day felt like harassment, and when I mentioned it, she rudely snapped, “Maybe if you answered one of those times.” I lost it and told her to jog on because I’m busy working. Now I’m sure it’s a scam ‘cause she didn’t even bother to check if my number was linked to any unpaid account, she just said “I’ll remove you from our system.” Totally dodgy!

They’ve been ringing me loads as well. Said something about a Canadian bank recovery or whatever. The first time I answered, I got someone who said sorry and then just dropped the call. Since then, they’ve called at least four or five times, and when I pick up now, they just hang up. They’re still calling me today non-stop. So frustrating!
