I received a call from this number earlier, and upon picking up, they claimed my internet was at risk of being hacked. They insisted that if I didn't hit one to resolve the issue, I'd be cut off from the internet. Curiously, the same number - 1 800 121 1515 - rang me yesterday with the exact spiel. I chose to hang up rather than get drawn in.
