However, the documents I received from a Mr. James Barker indicate a different location, specifically Miami, listing Mr. John Kirsch as the Executive Director and Mr. Timothy G. Lane as a Director. When I inquired further about his affiliation, Mr. Barker admitted he was merely a trainee at Mr. Jentis's practice. Yet, when I pressed for details regarding Mr. Kirsch and Mr. Lane, he abruptly ended the call. To me, this strongly suggests that Mr. "Barker" is up to no good and may very well be impersonating Mr. Jentis’s establishment.

The individuals behind this ruse are misappropriating the firm's name but are actually situated in Miami, rather than Melbourne, Florida. They've even included names in their documents like Timothy G. Lane as a Director and John Kirsch as Executive Director. When I probed the front man, claiming to be a trainee Attorney under Mr. Jentis, he abruptly ended the call when questioned about Mr. Kirsch. Such behaviour is a telling sign of a scammer caught in a web of deceit.

I received a call from this number regarding some shares I held in the US ages ago. The caller, who claimed to be from a law firm based on the East Coast, made an offer that raised my suspicions. It seemed dodgy - there was no request for an upfront payment, which only added to my concerns. Definitely felt like a scam!

Yesterday, a chap named "James Barker" from "East Coast Law" in Florida rang me up. He had quite the British twang to his voice. He was attempting to entice me into selling some US shares that I, apparently, possess. While he sounded fairly convincing-aside from the outlandish figure he tossed out for my stocks-I’m approaching this with a hefty dose of skepticism. There's absolutely no way I’ll be handing over any cash upfront, no matter his reasoning. As the old Romans would have put it, I’m more inclined towards "Caveat Venditor" than "Caveat Emptor." Consequently, I’m diving into whether there’s any legitimacy to his claims about "East Coast Law," considering I’ve previously dealt with several calls from dodgy companies impersonating others.
