My dad got a call about some "all natural" pills supposedly good for his diabetes. He ended up getting them delivered today but my mum had no clue he even ordered anything. I tried ringing the company to return the pills and get a refund but no luck. Does anyone know what I can do to sort this?

They ring me about 6 or 7 times daily but only chat in Spanish. Even though I've put my number on the official do not call list and told them to quit, they keep going like they don’t understand a word I say. This all began after I switched my phone number when I moved to AT&T.
