They arrived today, and as soon as I found out, I attempted to return them and secure a refund, but that didn’t work. What can I do to rectify this situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Ringing me up six to eight times daily, they only chatter away in Spanish. Despite being registered on the national do not call list, I've pleaded with them repeatedly to cease their calls, yet they pretend not to understand me. This all kicked off when I switched to AT&T and got a new number. It's incredibly frustrating!

I received a curious call today where the person on the line mentioned my grandmother’s name. They claimed she was going to receive a surprise gift-a gold chain, no less! This understandably alarmed her, and without a second thought, she ended the conversation abruptly.
