I got this robocall pretending to be from TalkTalk, saying my internet would be cut off if I didn’t press 1 to speak to an engineer. I actually am a TalkTalk customer, but I just ended the call straight away. Afterwards, I emailed TalkTalk to let them know and they confirmed I did the right thing by hanging up.

At about 2:11 pm on the 27th of June, 2018, I got a call with an automated message claiming to be from TalkTalk. It warned me that my Broadband Internet was going to be cut off soon if I didn't press 1. I just ended the call straight away since TalkTalk isn't my internet company.
