I received a rather alarming phone call informing me that they intended to take legal action against me. They insisted that I had only five minutes to provide my credit card details. When I mentioned that my son was currently in the hospital, they continued to hound me, threatening that I’d be facing serious consequences if I didn’t comply. Quite distressing, really!
