She told me my internet was infected with viruses and insisted I log in so she could help fix the problem. I told her there’s no chance I’d open my laptop for someone trying to scam me and that I’d have a professional look at it instead. After that, she just hung up without any farewell.Microsoft10 yearsThey call me almost every day! The voice sounds Asian, sometimes a man, sometimes a woman, using English names. They claim there’s a problem with my computer and say they’re calling from Microsoft. When I say I don’t own a computer and ask for their staff ID, they just hang up. Total scam. Wish someone would actually do something about this number instead of just telling us how to "avoid" them!!!!!!!!!!! Like that’s any help! How exactly are we supposed to avoid them?
