On March 26, 2017, I got a rather dodgy text that read, "INTERAC e-TRANSFER TELUS MOBILITY has issued you a refund for a billing mistake. Claim your funds here: http://etransfer-ref.com/RP0d5a.html." Now, I've learnt the hard way to steer clear of links from unfamiliar numbers, so I won’t be biting that bait. I completely concur with the first commenter - I've never had any dealings with Telus, which clearly raises a red flag about this being a scam.

I just got a message claiming to be from Telus Mobility, stating that they owe me a refund because of some billing mistake. The thing is, I don't even have an account with Telus! It's clearly a dodgy scam.
