I received a call from this number but when I tried to ring them back, they immediately cut me off. Quite strange behaviour!

I received an unexpected call in the dead of night, but by the time I noticed, they'd already rung off. So, I tried my luck and rang them back, yet nobody picked up. Moments later, I got a call from them again. When I answered, I just heard a rather awkward "oh heh," and then they disconnected. Quite unsettling, to say the least!
