Today I got a call from 778 831 1014, and the bloke on the other end addressed me by my surname. When I asked who it was, he just ended the call straight away. I rang back but got some weird string of numbers, and others have mentioned it shows as unavailable and can't leave a message. Really strange, and I’m still clueless about what the call was about.

It rang twice and I picked up, the guy immediately wanted to know if it was me. I asked who was speaking, and then they just disconnected on me. The number on my caller ID first appeared as V10211322390000, then it switched to showing 778-831-1040 afterwards.
