It appears to be a debt collection agency, although I'm not entirely certain. I tend to ignore their calls, but when I rang them back, they identified themselves as some sort of collection firm. Quite puzzling, really!

I've been receiving calls from this number intermittently for the past few weeks. Each time I attempt to return the call, I'm met with a recorded message stating that 'this number is not in service.' Just last night, I received a call from this number at 3:00 AM, followed by an unknown caller at 3:05 AM. Then, at 5:00 AM, it rang again, only to be followed by another unknown caller at 5:34 AM. Come 6:15 AM, I got two more calls from this number, and then yet another unknown caller. It's incredibly annoying because I answered one of the calls at 5:34 AM-said "hello," but there was complete silence on the other end before they hung up.
