I had a rather dubious phone call from this number, claiming they were from customs in Mumbai. A chap named Ronald Clements supposedly called, pretending to be a suitor from the States. He blurted out that the customs had seized his baggage and that he was required to fork out 40,000 for excess charges. He mentioned that his card was out of action and wouldn’t be ready for another five days, asking for assistance, which reeked of a carefully crafted scam.
